Every print is made to order — production usually takes 2–7 business days before it ships.
Nothing sits in a warehouse. Each case file is printed for your order by our print partner, which usually takes 2–7 business days (a little longer around the holidays). You’ll get an email when the order is received and another one with tracking when it ships.
Paper prints ship worldwide, canvas to the US, Canada, the UK, Europe and Australia, framed prints to the US and Canada. Free US shipping on orders over $75.
Orders are printed at the partner facility closest to the delivery address.
Shipping is free in the US on orders over $75.
The shipping options and exact cost for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are carrier estimates and can run longer during holidays or customs checks. Orders with several prints may arrive in separate packages.
Import duties or taxes, if your country charges them, are paid by the recipient.
Most orders are printed in the same region they’re delivered to, so no customs fees apply. If your country does charge import duties or taxes on the parcel, they’re collected by the carrier and paid by the recipient — they aren’t included in our prices.
Send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll reprint or refund — no need to send it back.
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, email hello@precinctnine.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a free replacement or refund the item — your choice — and you don’t need to return the original.
If tracking shows a parcel as lost or it’s long overdue, contact us — we’ll open a case with the carrier and our print partner and arrange a reshipment or refund.
Made-to-order prints can’t be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or a wrong size.
Because every print is produced specifically for your order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or pick the wrong size or material — please double-check the size and material on the product page before ordering.
An order can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing it, before it goes into production — write to us right away if something’s wrong. If the delivery address you entered was incorrect and the parcel comes back to the facility, we can reship it at your cost.
Approved refunds go back to your original PayPal payment within 5–10 business days.
Approved refunds are sent to the PayPal account or card used for the order. PayPal and banks usually take 5–10 business days to show the money.
