Fine-Art Paper ships worldwide. Canvas prints ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Europe and Australia, and framed prints to the US and Canada. Each order is printed at the partner facility closest to you, so it travels less and arrives faster. Shipping is free in the US on orders over $75. After production, delivery usually takes 2–8 business days within the US and 10–30 business days internationally. The options and cost for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

We replace it at no cost. Email a photo of the damage and your order number to hello@precinctnine.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll reprint and reship it — no need to send the damaged print back.

As soon as your print ships you’ll get an email with the tracking number. If you have an account, the tracking link and every step of the order are also on its page under My Account.

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it — after that it goes into production. Write to us with your order number (it starts with P9-) as soon as possible.

Every print is produced specifically for your order, so we can’t take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size. If the print arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll replace or refund it. The full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Fine-Art Paper is a museum-grade archival matte print (189 g/m²), unframed and ready for a frame of your own. Matte Canvas is printed on glare-free canvas stretched over a slim 0.75″ wooden frame. Stretched Canvas is our premium gallery canvas on a deep 1.25″ frame, so it stands out from the wall. Framed Print is the paper print in a solid wood frame — black, white or walnut — behind an acrylic cover. Both canvases and the framed print arrive ready to hang.

Not at the moment — each case file is prepared for the sizes listed on its product page, so the artwork stays sharp and correctly cropped. Looking for a size we don’t list? Tell us and we’ll see what we can do.

PayPal and all major credit and debit cards. Card payments are processed securely by PayPal — you don’t need a PayPal account to pay by card, and Precinct Nine never sees or stores your card details.
